Frequently Asked
Questions
Q. I cannot afford to pay a solicitor to act for
me. Do I need any money to claim through ACS ?
A. No. With our compensation service you
will never need any money to make a claim.
Q. What if my claim is unsuccessful ?
A. Because we work on a No Win, No Fee
basis, you will not pay a penny if you lose. The
service is entirely RISK FREE to you.
Q. How long do I have to make a claim?
A. Three years from the date of any accident, 2 years from the date
of a criminal injury.
Q. My own local solicitor says he can
help me, why should I use ACS?
A. All our solicitors are accident specialists, not “Jack of All
Trades”. Very few firms specialise in this type of work and by using someone
who doesn’t exclusively handle claims, you risk losing some or all of your
compensation. Also, you may be charged a fee whether you win or lose.
Q. I don’t know if I have a claim?
A. Call us free, use our
callback facility or claim online
and we will do the rest. We will assess your case
and advise you if it is worthwhile pursuing. If
so, we will make all the necessary arrangements.
It couldn’t be simpler.
Q. How much will I get ?
A. Injury compensation for your pain and
suffering is based on the severity of the injury,
and how long it takes or will take to recover
fully. Awards can be anything from a few hundred
pounds for very minor injuries, to millions for
severely disabling injuries. Also,
the effect on your past and future earnings has to
be taken into account along with other things such
as the cost of necessary care. Our solicitors will
guide you through the process and assess the
likely value of your case as they proceed. They
are highly trained experts who are familiar with
all the things which will form part of your
compensation and will obtain the best possible
result for you.
Q. How long will it take ?
A. Again, this depends on how serious your
injuries are and how long it takes to recover. The
sooner you make the claim, the sooner you will
receive any compensation due. Don’t delay, contact
us today.
