Scottish Personal Injury Firm Launch Major Tv & Press Campaign
On 18th January 2010, Scottish Accident Management specialists, ACCIDENT CLAIMS SCOTLAND, launched an extensive TV & press campaign, aimed at the majority of the public who suffer vehicle damage or are injured through no fault of their own and who don’t know who best to turn to for help.
Managing Director Martin Haggarty stated “despite the proliferation of personal injury adverts on TV these days, no one has really advertised the full range of accident management services that are available to the innocent motorist or injured person. Many of these people are shelling out hundreds of pounds for their excess or repairs or have difficulty in getting a like for like vehicle. Also, a minority of insurers actively seek to take advantage of innocent parties by bullying them into accepting a “quick cash” settlement before the true extent of their loss or injury is known. Accident Claims Scotland aim to try and educate the public that this needn’t be the case!”
“The first in a series of ads introduces Spencer, Scotland’s most accident prone man. Spencer has an accident in his car. Voiced by legendary Camberwick Green & Trumpton narrator Brian Cant, the ads will be shown throughout Scottish Television regions plus several satellite stations.”
“In the coming year, we will be demonstrating that you do not need to make several calls to sort out all the different aspects of a claim when one call sorts it all. We also accept referrals from English accident management and credit hire firms who may need assistance in Scotland, as we are not competing with them, but rather, we are providing a dedicated Scottish service for Scottish accident victims”.
